33db Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "33db", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 33db online betting and casino platform accessible at 33db.lat and its operating entity.
• "Platform" — refers to the 33db website, any associated mobile-optimised version, and all games, betting markets, account management tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account opened by an individual in accordance with these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from any Bonus Funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other bonus amount credited to the Player's account subject to wagering conditions.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the 33db Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all products and services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any promotional activity. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or place any bet or wager on 33db under any circumstances.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 33db Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33db reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. 33db is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 33db may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a compliance trigger is met. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of each payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 33db may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

2.5 Eligibility Representations. By registering an account on 33db, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any other person; (d) the funds you use for betting and gaming are from legitimate sources; and (e) you are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 33db.

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 33db account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 33db will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Account Liability. All bets, transactions, and activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 33db support team immediately at [email protected]. 33db will investigate promptly but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions that occurred prior to notification.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 33db strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Where available, 2FA provides an additional layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. Players who choose not to enable 2FA acknowledge an increased security risk and accept full responsibility for any resulting unauthorised activity.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 33db reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts and, where the account balance falls to zero, to close the account. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, at the last email address provided during registration.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 33db account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering conditions will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 33db currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33db reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any daily or weekly transaction limits, are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 33db reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 33db account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. 33db does not charge fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 30 minutes during standard processing hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification; 33db reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. As a general principle, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, 33db will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative method in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 33db is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. Where activity consistent with money laundering is identified, 33db will suspend the account, withhold any associated funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players acknowledge that 33db may be required by law to disclose account information to regulatory or law enforcement bodies without prior notice to the Player.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 33db sportsbook are subject to confirmation by 33db's trading systems. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number. 33db reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

5.2 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, incorrectly listed match participants, or system malfunctions — 33db reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. Where winnings have already been credited to an account as a result of a manifest error, 33db reserves the right to recover those funds from the Player's balance.

5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting the live state of the match. All in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

5.4 Casino Games and RNG. All random number generator (RNG) casino games on the 33db Platform use certified and independently audited random number generation software. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the Player, 33db, or any third party. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5.5 Live Casino. Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules and procedures specific to each game as explained by the live dealer at the table. In cases of technical disruption to a live casino session, 33db's policy on disconnections and game round resolution will apply as detailed in the Casino Game Rules section of the Platform.

5.6 Insufficient Funds. Bets will only be accepted if you have sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds in your account at the time the bet is placed. 33db does not offer credit facilities of any kind, and negative account balances will not be permitted.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered on the 33db Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%), and some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. If the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met before the bonus expires, both the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all affected bonuses being voided.

6.5 Abuse of Bonuses. 33db actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk; creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; and coordinated bonus abuse between Players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 33db reserves the right to void affected bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any improperly extracted funds.

6.6 Bonus Modifications. 33db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued while Players have active bonus balances, those Players will be given reasonable notice and a reasonable additional period to meet the applicable Wagering Requirement, or the bonus will be removed and the Player notified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33db Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 33db account, whether directly or indirectly through associated individuals.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account; initiating chargebacks without valid grounds; or providing false financial information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences across markets or promotional offers in a manner that constitutes guaranteed-profit arbitrage rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated clicking tools, or any other software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, system malfunctions, or incorrectly posted odds to generate profit.
• Money laundering: Using the 33db Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, the financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account; providing false identity information; or impersonating any person or entity.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or facilitating any individual under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform or to place bets or wagers.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or material from the Platform without express written authorisation from 33db.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 33db is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we urge Players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact the support team for assistance.

8.2 Self-Assessment. Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gambling habits. Warning signs of problem gambling include: gambling with money needed for essential expenses; chasing losses; gambling to relieve stress or anxiety; concealing gambling activity from family members; and an inability to stop gambling even when you want to.

8.3 Player-Controlled Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from the account dashboard at any time, at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 33db Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, odds data, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 33db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. 33db grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own proprietary rights. 33db holds valid licences to distribute this content on the Platform.

10.2 Data Used for AML and KYC. 11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where 33db is found liable for any direct loss caused to a Player, 33db's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. 33db is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or technical failures of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game content suppliers, or internet service providers, even where such failures affect the Player's use of the Platform or result in financial loss.

12.1 Suspension by 33db. 33db reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player account at any time without prior notice where 33db has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that 33db considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

12.2 Fund Withholding During Investigation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds in that account will be withheld until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 33db reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the withheld balance. If no breach is confirmed, the Player's balance will be returned and account access restored within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Termination for Breach. Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, 33db may terminate the Player's account permanently and without further obligation to the Player, except in relation to any Real Money Balance that 33db determines to be legitimately owed following the conclusion of any investigation.

12.4 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting the support team. Closure does not affect any outstanding bets already placed; those bets will be settled in the normal course and any winnings will be disbursed to the Player's verified payment method.

13.1 Right to Amend. 33db reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be necessary to reflect updates to the Platform's features and services, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, or improvements to clarity and fairness of the agreement.

13.2 Notice of Changes. Where a material change to these Terms is made, 33db will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.

13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 33db Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.4 above.

13.4 Version History. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into effect.

14.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
